How do I figure out the right size?
For collars and harnesses, measure your pet's neck and chest with a soft tape and pick the size range those measurements fall into. For beds and clothing, go by weight using the chart on the product page. Fit is the most common reason for a return, so the 30-day guarantee has you covered if the size isn't right — and we're happy to help before you order. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe Checkout — your card details never touch PetTok Shop infrastructure. The whole flow is HTTPS, the order is tokenized on Stripe's side, and Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. When you hit pay, you'll land on Stripe's secure checkout page (the one you already recognize from a hundred other sites). That's by design.
